Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hellowysh.com or using the WYSH application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

WYSH is a daily word practice application that delivers short lines, phrases, and wyshes shaped around your chosen focus. The Service includes features for saving, skipping, reflecting on wyshes, and discovering patterns in your practice over time.

Waitlist and Early Access

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive emails from WYSH regarding your invitation and launch updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access or any specific pricing.

User Accounts

When the app launches, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hi@hellowysh.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Your Content

Any notes, reflections, or journal entries you create within the Service remain yours. You grant WYSH a limited licence to store and display this content solely to provide you with the Service. We do not use your personal content for training AI models or advertising.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or threaten others

Intellectual Property

The WYSH name, logo, app design, wysh content, and all related materials are the property of WYSH and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WYSH is a personal practice tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
